We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from ORANGE SHOP. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.
Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- With proof of purchase (your order number)
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us within the return window and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you the instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 7 business days. It can take a few extra days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
